The episode on being lonely after a move was so helpful. As an introvert (but lover of Italy) the day-to-day reality of such a move on my own was what I was concerned about. I didn’t want to revert back to Netflix! This episode validates my concerns but also gave some tangible suggestions and reminded me why I want to make this move. Thank you! So helpful!
