Watched every episode!!

You’ve done a great job with these podcasts. Like your posts they are short but packed with information!! I drove up the East coast and listen to them all. When I got around to leaving a review I was going to suggest an episode on Prosciutto!!😂 I really liked the interview with Marco Avigo- I especially liked the portion on Lambrusco-it really does get a bad rap here in the states but I’ve had in in Parma and it’s really amazing there!!!
So I like the short succinct podcasts but would like to see more interviews too!! Bravo!!!👏🏼🍷
