S2 EP 13 Planning Your Move to Italy: Learn, Evaluate and Apply

In today's episode, we are going to start from the beginning, and talk about how you can plan your move to Italy.

There are five stages of moving to Italy: Learning, Evaluating, Applying, Arriving, and Settling In. However, today we are going to focused on the first three critical stages.

Learning Stage: This is all about dreaming and gathering information. Whether you've visited Italy once or are just fascinated by the lifestyle, this stage involves consuming all possible information about living in Italy, from blogs and forums to podcasts like this one.

Evaluating Stage: After you've armed yourself with knowledge, it's time to look inward and evaluate your personal circumstances including financial, emotional, and physical aspects. This stage helps you decide if moving to Italy aligns with your personal goals and capabilities.

Applying Stage: Here, we tackle the practical steps of applying for visas or citizenship, depending on your situation. We covered different types of visas and the importance of choosing the right one for your situation.

Remember that each stage builds on the previous one, and it's important to start from the right spot.

For those of you considering this big step, remember, that moving to Italy—or any new country—is a significant life decision that requires careful thought and planning. But with the right approach, your transition can be successful and fulfilling.
