#49 -Eating Wild, Spring is in the Air!

Ahhh Spring has finally sprung! This week we answer your listener questions about what we do in our down-time and off-season. We're picking wild spring greens almost daily from the fields surrounding our farm and making risotto, stuffed pasta, crostini and simply sauteed! And Jason has some exciting chicken news to share!! Plus we recap the weekend festivities of hosting a large group of Italians for a by-request, American Turkey/Thanksgiving lunch! Thanks for listening!
If you are enjoying The Podcast from Italy with Jason and me, please consider rating and reviewing our show! This helps us continue to share more episodes, stories, and adventures about our life on a farm in rural Italy. Be sure to let me know what you loved most about this episode!
Also, if you haven’t done so already, follow the podcast. I’m adding a bunch of bonus episodes to the feed and, if you’re not following, there’s a good chance you’ll miss out. Click the Blue Follow Now button at the top of the page!
