Our series "Life in Le Marche" continues at La Tavola Marche (farm, inn and cooking school) during the winter months in rural Italy we make and cure hundreds of kilos of pork shoulder for salami & sausages! This short video we highlight our pride and joy: the meat machine (a restored 30 year old meat grinder, home-made by an old Italian from Le Marche).
